This is a private reference site. We operate on our own with no ties to any government office. We do not store official criminal records and we cannot pull records, run official background checks, or file documents for anyone.

The resource points toward Canyon County Sheriff Records, the courts, Idaho State Police BCI, and the Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry. It may also connect visitors with third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site

Idaho Code §§18-8326 and 18-8413 support criminal penalties for misuse of Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry information. Registry access serves public safety, not vigilante action or unlawful discrimination.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind.
